Drs. Rush, Cameron, Malapitan and their dedicated team of healthcare professionals welcome you to their website. Our modern facility and up to date equipment, technology and procedures allows us to focus on providing our patients with exceptional dental care in a comfortable, friendly environment. We offer all aspects of general dentistry as well as Implants, Grafting, Invisalign, Smile Makeovers and removal of wisdom teeth with IV sedation. We are an established practice in the Stanley Park neighborhood of Kitchener and are conveniently located at the corner of Ottawa Street North and Heritage Drive.

Meet The Dentists


Dr. Rush graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1976 with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree with an emphasis in physiology and biochemistry. He then studied physiology for two years at the masters level. In 1982 Dr. Rush graduated from Dentistry at the University of Western Ontario with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. As a student, Dr. Rush worked in the clinical research program headed by Dr. Ronald E. Jordan evaluating the clinical success of posterior composite materials.  


Dr. Cameron graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1985 with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. He won awards in both Anesthesia and Periodontics in his final year. Between his third and final year of Dental School, Dr. Cameron worked in the Clinical Research Program headed by Dr. Ronald E. Jordan evaluating new plastic composite materials on clinic patients.  


Dr. Malapatin graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree in 1999. She also received a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto along with her Masters of Science in Immunology. Dr. Malapitan also obtained a music degree from the Royal Conservatory of Music from the University of Toronto.   


Dr. Gizzarelli completed his first degree at the University of Toronto in pharmacy. He worked as a pharmacist at Toronto General Hospital for 2 years before returning to the University of Toronto to study dentistry. Following his dental degree, he continued his studies in the same university and completed a 3-year, full-time Master's degree in Dental Anaesthesia. During these 3 years, Gino trained in the operating rooms of the Hospital for Sick Children and Toronto East General Hospital with other training rotations at Toronto Western and Toronto General Hospitals.
